Students will tackle a wide range of topics including developing new products, transforming consumer behavior and improving hybrid work.
\nThe program is split into two periods; from January to May, students research the organization and its challenges, followed by a period of developing recommendations for the organization in June.

IE University’s Admissions Test is conducted solely in English and assesses your verbal, logical and numerical skills. This rigorous exam is a flexible alternative to other standardized tests such as SAT or LNAT.
After submitting your application and test, you’ll complete an online assessment with video and written questions to showcase your communication skills, critical thinking, and motivation. The Admissions Committee will also invite you to a personal interview for further evaluation.
The Admissions Committee is made up of university staff members who will jointly assess your suitability as a candidate. You will be informed of the Admissions Committee’s decision in writing.
